Rishiraj (Rishi) Singh is the Chief Executive Officer – Advantage Future Tech Company PTE LTD, Singapore & Switzerland. In this role Rishi leads the company’s international business portfolio globally. Rishi works very closely with OEM Partners, Governments, Armed Forces, Airlines, Helicopter operators and Business Aviation companies. He also plays a key role in developing the company’s aftermarket strategy and network across markets and industry segments. Rishi has been with Advantage Corp. since 2021.

Boyd Ng oversees Sales and Operations of Advantage Future Tech Company PTE LTD. Experienced in sales, operation and program management, Boyd works closely with Customers and OEM partners to ensure key deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction. Boyd joined Advantage in 2021.

With over 20 years of experience in frontline customer service and support, including 10 years in the Aerospace industry with world leading companies working across regions and borders, Belen has the expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. Her services have been highly praised by customers across the globe. Belen also brings to the team operational skills to understand and deliver OTTR metrics of above 95% fill rate on planned and unplanned customer demand.
